Welch Ford and worked with Rick Zarkowski and Nancy Andrews. These folks are professionals and very customer focused. They are NOT looking to run up a bill. They want you to be comfortable and they take care of the rest. My visit was for first service, airbag recall and Ford Sync upgrade. They handled the repair and billing in an efficient manner.
