Pushy service people 30,00 miles into my lease of 2014 Fusion, the service people scared my wife telling her she needed new tires. At 36K mile they had to replace the ba 30,00 miles into my lease of 2014 Fusion, the service people scared my wife telling her she needed new tires. At 36K mile they had to replace the battery: a corroded anode. Later- at 37K miles, in investigating a "check engine" light they found that I had "a deep cylinder" problem, and warned me that the car was out of warranty.- more than 36 months. Powertrain warranty is 5 yrs. I later learned that a piston was broken, and they were rebuilding/replacing the engine. By then I was in a new lease with a different car. More

Great customer service After failing to find the issue with my headlights the 1st visit, the service manager(Rick S) took ownership of getting it fixed. All involved were very professional and insured me that the problem would be found and fixed. I was updated and consulted(to help narrow down the root cause) throughout the time the car was at the dealership. Although I haven't driven at night, I am very confident that the problem is fixed!
