John was super friendly and easy to work with. Only a month ago our company purchased from a different dealer, a similar commercial vehicle out of state from us, and it was like pulling teeth. It was almost like we were a burden to this other dealer and had to nag the sales and finance staff to get the deal done. John Brownley and O. C. Welch Ford were the complete opposite. They are also out of state from us, but they made the buying experience completely hassle free. John was always there every step of the way to let us know what was going on. We never had to wonder what the status of the deal was, or what the next steps were, as we were kept apprised of what was happening the entire way. Would definitely recommend this dealership, and particularly John for any commercial vehicle purchase. More

I regret buying from OC Welch. I ordered my truck during the Employee pricing promotion. The Order signed sat on the Sales managers desk and was not sent to ford. That incompete I ordered my truck during the Employee pricing promotion. The Order signed sat on the Sales managers desk and was not sent to ford. That incompetence cost me $1000 due to a price increase during that time. They refused to honor the sales price. so I kept my end of the bargain and paid extra. My compensation for paying the extra $1000 was an offer to get a discounted Warranty and 3 free oil changes. Moving forward; when the truck arrived, both of the running boards were stained. I was promised new ones to replace the factory defect. When the replacements arrived and were installed, I immediately noticed they were the wrong running boards. When I pointed it out, no one accepted responsibility. The sales manager blamed the parts manger and the parts manager blamed the salesman saying, " he gave me the wrong part number to order". When the correct running boards were installed the dealership had my truck for THREE DAYS!!! In conclusion after losing a $1000 and the poor service experiences I'm not willing to take any more risks by dealing with that dealership. I'm only submitting this review since the dealership asked me to do so in an email I received this morning More

Overall, I was very happy with the service. Chris was timely with the information I needed and most of the repairs/services were covered by warranty.
