Welch in purchasing an F150 was excellent. My sales person Endy Braeburn gave me all the information necessary to make an informed decision as to the vehicles proper configuration for my needs, often digging deep to find the answers to my questions. He then make an extra effort to find that vehicle at another dealership and arranged to have it for me in only 2 days. In addition, I had another vehicle in the service department, Nancy Andrews handled my service with prompt attention to my needs, and she went out the normal way and arranged for me to use an F150 loaner so that I could check out the truck prior to my purchase. This was extremely helpful. Chip Welch also provided great customer-focussed support in working out terms of the sale. Paul Tindall worked with us very effectively and clearly to understand financing options. Overall, an excellent experience in this purchase. More
