I told him specifically what I would be looking for compared to my Lexus LS 460. Larry Gus his homework and made sure the car we test drove had the equipment to match my needs. He was easy to deal with during the negotiations and we ended up placing an order for a new continental. Larry then kept us updated throughout the 12 weeks, and made sure to get the car to us as soon as possible once it was delivered to the dealer. A very rewarding new car purchase experience. More

Truly remarkable exerience Prior to visiting OC Welch, I visited many dealers. I always felt like I was being pushed towards something that I didn't want or need and that is VER Prior to visiting OC Welch, I visited many dealers. I always felt like I was being pushed towards something that I didn't want or need and that is VERY stressful. I reached out to Chip Pellerin, a salesman with OC Welch and am so happy I did! Not only did he listen to what I was looking for, he pulled selections to fit my budget and needs from a vehicle. After I narrowed it down to one I fell in love with, he actually drove the vehicle to me, to see in person and test drive, since I was at work and couldn't break away. He was very knowledgeable on each vehicle we discussed and I was highly impressed when he pointed out the cons of a particular vehicle for me, as well as the pros. Once I drove the vehicle, I decided it was certainly the one for me! I came in with all of my documents to purchase. They were quick and unbelievably easy to work with. Dave helped me with my trade in value and Gerald was such a pleasure to work with for financing. I have bought cars in the past where they really try to push certain warranties, GAP, anti-theft, etc... but Gerald showed me the options, explained them and left it to me to decide. He is very soft spoken and his temperament is very calming, complete opposite of what you'd expect at a car dealer. I never dreamed I could say that my car buying experience was RELAXING! This is an absolutely fabulous dealership and I would never dream of going anywhere else for future purchases. Highly recommend! More
