More than just a car salesman! Mr. Welch is an extremely generous person with a huge heart for the military, and the game of golf. He has also supported our High School golf team f Mr. Welch is an extremely generous person with a huge heart for the military, and the game of golf. He has also supported our High School golf team for the past two years; providing resources for Effingham County High School golfers. He has been extremely generous to the military with a heart for the soldier. I have been a direct recipient of his generosity as a member of the military, Mr. Welch offered free memberships to his Black Creek golf course a couple of years ago. I also had the pleasure of observing the Savannah City Amateur Championship at Bacon Park golf course where my son played in the tournament.
