A visit with OC I took my 2016 MKX in for a recall notice fix. I was met by the Service Manager who assured me that they would get right on it and that I would have I took my 2016 MKX in for a recall notice fix. I was met by the Service Manager who assured me that they would get right on it and that I would have the car in a short time. While there I asked the receptionist if I could get some help with some questions relating to my purchase of that vehicle. By chance Mr Welch was standing near by and personally escorted me to a person who promptly searched the dealership data base and got me the info I needed. What a visit. Service Manager and owner. Shortly thereafter Service Advisor Bernard Jean found me in the customer lounge. He told me the work was done and that my car (freshly washed) was ready for me. He took me to my car, thanked me for my business and shook my hand. Quite professional and pleasant at the same time. More

From the service tech's greeting to the checkout everything runs smoothly and they keep you updated on the status of your car while you are waiting. I wouldn't take my cars (both Fords and purchased from O.C.) anywhere else. I also wouldn't look for another car or truck beyond the borders of O'C.'s lot. The Showroom itself is worth the visit. The Petty Garage Mustangs are just mind-blowing. Another reason I only go to see O.C. is his philanthropic work in the community. I don't know of anyone else more involved in several communities than O.C. I know that my purchases, etc., etc., will be used to also help our community and I appreciate that fact. More

Side view Mirror Replacement & Window Repair The left side rear window of my convertible was not going up all the way, Bernard, the service writer who by the way is fairly new to the dealership w The left side rear window of my convertible was not going up all the way, Bernard, the service writer who by the way is fairly new to the dealership was extremely professional and accommodating. He scheduled my appointment and provided me the loaner. The mirror was ordered and came in early the following day. The technician Greg worked on my car and did a great job as always. He's the best.
