Bought a new black label navigator - the purchase experience was great. About 2 months later we needed a little cosmetic work done and it was a nightmare! No one in the service department returned our calls - the salesman who sold it to us was the only person who helped us at all. OC returned a call, said he would find out what was up, and we didn't hear back. Worst service experience in our entire lives! More
