Bought a new black label navigator - the purchase experience was great. About 2 months later we needed a little cosmetic work done and it was a nightmare! They had our car 10 days and we had to drive there and demand to have it back. No one was willing to help us even find out where the car was. No one in the service department returned our calls - the salesman who sold it to us was the only person who helped us at all. OC returned a call, said he would find out what was up, and we didn't hear back. Worst service experience in our entire lives! More

Cameron and Brian went above and beyond by squeezing my car into the very busy schedule as I was riding on a fast leaking tire. Bought my bronco sport in February and I had a flat tire that couldn’t be patched. Brian was so helpful and professional. Got a new tire put on same day.
