Communication was absolutely atrocious. Our vehicle broke down due to an open recall hours from home. The service department were impossible to reach, every day there was a new excuse as to Our vehicle broke down due to an open recall hours from home. The service department were impossible to reach, every day there was a new excuse as to why they couldn't look at the vehicle. At one point claimed they couldn't do anything due to internet failure but the kept managing to do those things. Some of the rudest people we met. We ended up having to spend money on a rental to just go see what was happening with our vehicle for them to not have even looked at it a week later. Was not helpful at all with communicating with ford for assistance with the recall or opening a claim with them. Very disappointed with our service. Would not recommend More
