I’ll never buy any vehicle anywhere else for the rest of my life. Mr. OC helped me buy my first work van for my HVAC company during a tough part of my life. I dropped my truck off on September 30, 2023 for an oil change, recall on a door lock, and a back up camera malfunction! There was no communication on when it would be ready nor could I get anyone to answe change, recall on a door lock, and a back up camera malfunction! There was no communication on when it would be ready nor could I get anyone to answer the phone. So after multiple trips there to check the status I was finally able to pick my truck up on October 11, 2023 despite having an appointment! Once I finally picked up the truck it was covered on the drivers door and some on the passenger side drivers side in grease or oil as well as the running board had a layer of some type of oil on it! Don’t even know how oil was anywhere near the doors. The manager didn’t understand why I may be upset! Save yourself time and frustration and go to Savannah. Poor customer service and quality of service! More
