A loaner? That’s what you’re throwing at me? Lincoln provides loaners as a courtesy, It wouldn’t have cost you so much if you didn’t let my vehicle sit for 3 months in the first place. I brought it in for a leak, and I was told we would have our car looked at within a week or so possibly two. We figured OK we could do with two weeks, but after the third week it started to get a little fishy. Approaching the fifth week, I started to get angry - how come I had no info, how come I had no answers, how come I had no definitive results? We were strung along about being short staffed and not having a leak specialist etc. etc. The whole time I kept expressing concern that there’s a leak in that car and it shouldn’t be sitting there. My issue is that you claimed to have repaired the leak and advised us that that car should never leak again because “we covered everything”, I mean you stripped it down to the shell, I have the pictures. I was reassured that it was put under extenuating tests to be sure that it wouldn’t leak again, yet here I am using a shop -vac to get water out of the car. What kind of luxury car is this, and what kind of Customer Service does LINCOLN provide that they can’t see that this is a manufacturing problem that I had nothing to do with? These defects are a Lincoln problem, don’t you see how unfair this is?? There is a FAMILY at the end of this transaction, but nobody at Lincoln can see that, all they see is numbers.

tray ross please see your selling dealer. you knew all along it was a problem you even said it should have been totaled. Lincoln didn't pay a dime for your loaner we did. I have contacted Lincoln . See your selling dealer in New Jersey. He should buy it back.

Ok thanks for the advice. Sorry you had to foot the bill for a loaner because your service department took 6 months. The fact remains - the leak still wasn’t repaired, What i knew? Yeah, I knew the car had a leak. All along? not sure what that even means. I brought it in for a leak repair, and my car is filled with water. I’ll take the issue down a different path. 26 warranty tickets with water damage a few years ago. pretty sure you have had a lot of problems long before you came here. did you trash everyone or just us?

26 water damage tickets? Not from us. Not while we owned it. We brought it in a couple times, that’s it. So that car had 24 water leak tickets before we bought it? That shines a whole new light. It proves, if your data is correct, then the certified pre-owned was a lemon from the jump. I’m going to share this new info with Lincoln. You mentioned if you had known about the vehicles history beforehand, you would’ve never agreed to fix it. That speaks volumes about the vehicle itself. I wish that had been the case. We would have possibly reached a better resolve back in September.

i never said 26 water tickets . there was 3 water tickets . 23 other repairs. you bought a problem car. 26 tickets on one vehicle.where would you like them mailed.
