My truck has been there 4 times to fix a leak in the ac system. No one ever calls me to update me on progress. I work in healthcare and that is unacceptable in my business to not update people. I’ve had 5 Fords and have had good experience. Should I look at the Ram instead? I need my truck.

Overall the service is ok. However, communication with the service department need improvement.It is very frustrating trying to reach the service advisors by phone. More
