This is my second time this month coming in to OC Welch Ford. First, thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. This is one of the biggest Ford dealerships in southeast SC. What isn’t as big is the Service Department. It’s more than obvious that you have both and inventory level problem and the time to take you to do a “Quick Lane” the works package is unacceptable. I remember the days when you used to provide complimentary wash. Now you limit to the minimum and not even a multi point inspection report. The only reason I came today it was because availability, but todays service reminded me why I did not choose OC Welch as my primary Service provider. I don’t want to just leave harsh comments.
