I took my brand new van into O’Daniel Honda for a second opinion for a problem that has been taking place with my vehicle. I explained the problem to the man working and that we had already taken it to a pr opinion for a problem that has been taking place with my vehicle. I explained the problem to the man working and that we had already taken it to a previous dealer. He proceeded to tell me that if they already took a look at it, then it would be a waste of time for one of their technicians to look into the problem. He also told me that there would be a case already open on my van that would cover the cost of anything that needed to be replaced due to this problem. I asked if he could look the case up or call to get more information on that. Another man working behind the counter smiled and said, “That would require one of us waiting on hold for 40 minutes.” Not a single person looked at my car or helped me get to the bottom of the problem. The man’s last words were, “Sorry that you wasted your time driving down here today.” I am a person that understands when things go wrong, but it’s pretty frustrating when our first Honda purchase hasn’t been successful and now two dealerships haven’t been able to get to the bottom of our problem. More
