Follow up was lacking. Ordered a part that was quoted to be ready the next week by Tuesday, was never called to advise the part wasn’t going to be ready as advised. His salesmanship was not appreciated in any way shape or form. I understand it was his job to sale us on upgrades but things went down hill after he discovered i had a pre-approval letter.
