The buying experience was fine. Having to take my new suv back after a few days to fix not being able to have phone service was not so great. Then having to return the next day to complete the update does not give me confidence the problem is solved. It is not. I am returning again. I am not pleased to be driving on a trip along and my computer screen go only to date and time. I called service four times to get to speak to a service person, only to be told there was nothing I could do. I had to use my phone for navigation. I can only hope that the third time is a charm and the problem finally gets fixed. The seat heaters are not working correctly. I just want my brand new suv to work correctly. More
