Slow...no follow up My Ford was in a front end collision and was sent over from the collision dept. I was told someone would follow up the next day but I had to call in My Ford was in a front end collision and was sent over from the collision dept. I was told someone would follow up the next day but I had to call in to find out nothing had been done. I was told it would be done right then and I would be contacted with the results. Called back next day, service rep was off and truck still not touched. Finally resolved by that afternoon after an already frustrating ordeal with the collision dept. More

Excellent service. Took my vehicle in for 80,000 mile service without an appointment and Brandon got my vehicle in right away and had it serviced while I waited.
