Update: Responded to dealer above. Service manager asked me to bring the vehicle and charger back for another look. After another 4 days at the dealer they did replace the charger with a new one and retested and reported it charging correctly now. It was covered under warranty visit this time. To Omeara credit they did get it replaced as the old one was faulty. AMBER LIGHT. Changing ratting to a 3.5 starts as I shouldn't have had to loose access to the car for this long. Nor should it have taken 2 trips to get a charger replaced.
