Unresponsive team Called a few times to try and schedule an appointment as their online options garnered no response. Ended up having to go in after no call back. Had to wait 2 months for an available slot for recall work and sync 3 issues. Dropped off vehicle at 7am. Didn't get the option for a rental until 4pm, even though I needed a vehicle and they knew it was a 24 hour+ job. No updates on vehicle until I called 36 hours after dropping off vehicle. Agree 72 hours with no updates, I went in and my vehicle had been done with for a while. More
