Nicole Arvizo, We do apologize for any issue this has caused with regard to your transportation needs. After researching what happened here, it appears you originally started shopping in September for this truck. The incentives from the manufacture were different in September than they are currently in October. The manufacture changes incentives each month and the dealership has no control over these factors that go in to calculating a payment. The pricing for the vehicle was set at exactly the same as you had negotiated in September. Changes by the manufacturer to the rates and residuals for October caused the payment to change. After further research there was no contract signed by you or your husband in September, had you signed a contract in September for a vehicle that was in transit the manufacture program would have been locked in place. This was explained to you and you declined to take advantage of locking in the programs. How would you like us to proceed Nicole? Regards, O'Meara Ford
