Customer service does not exist here I was called by one of there salespeople (Jessica) I was told I was pre-approved for a loan, so I took a $40.00 uber ride there to take a look at the I was called by one of there salespeople (Jessica) I was told I was pre-approved for a loan, so I took a $40.00 uber ride there to take a look at their inventory. It took almost 30 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge i was there despite several sales people just standing around having a good time with each other. Once i was asked who i was there to see i said Jessica, another 15 minutes later Jessica introduced herself to me but then quickly handed me off to another salesman He asked for my license and I handed it over willingly enough. he went to check my credit assuming that i was financing, but actually i was going to pay cash for a used car. well while my sales guy disappeared for awhile with my license. the customer at the table next to me was being told that he did not qualify for financing. that customer said that he was told he was pre approved by Jessica. The salesman explained that the pre approval was just to bring people in the door and that he was not actually pre approved at all/ At this point i was getting the feeling that i could not trust this dealership. my guy came back and asked how i wanted to finance the vehicle, i explained at this point that i was no longer interested in purchasing there. After trying to talk me into using them i told him i was leaving. he got up, obviously wanting nothing more to do with me. I called my ride back and left ten minutes later. I got home and discovered my drivers license was never returned, so i called right away. nobody on the phone would help me they just gave me Jessica's cell number. after trying for a few hours to reach her, i finally got through to a wrong number. i called again and it took 2 days for me to be able to talk with Jessica. I explained i wanted my license back and asked if they could mail it to me since i do not live close by. she said sure we will mail it tomorrow. So i waited 8 days...no license in the mail. so I called again to follow up, talked to Jessica who said oh ya we mailed it yesterday (already a week plus since i was told it would be mailed the next day). now its been two more weeks and still no license in the mail. I had to go to DMV to get another license so I could purchase from another dealership for cash. they would have had my business if they had shown any sign of respect for their customers. but now after reading several reviews on them. I will actively stop anyone I know from ever going there. They are horrible...been 4 weeks since my visit and still no license they will just flat out lie to you and only seem concerned with selling cars no matter how, obviously lying, stealing and cheating is their way of doing business. More

Snakes Went to go lease a truck we got the lease down to $330 a month signed off on the agreement we will pay a month. When we went to go pick up the vehicle because it was delivered to the dealership they printed up the paperwork the price went all the way up to $435. We did not agree on that price they ran our credit when was agreed on the $330 and did not want to negotiate are keep their word to the $330 More

Scheduled normal service for 3:45, was told it would be an hour. After an hour I was told they were just topping off fluids and it was almost done. Then waited another 45 minutes and had to go find service rep, car was sitting out in front complete, but nobody told me. Then headed to cashier, short line. But, at least another 20 min waiting for cashier and customer to have a heated argument about writing a check. I don't think I've ever heard a cashier get in such an argument with a customer, it was very uncomfortable standing there listening to this. Finally somebody came out to help the cashier. Wasn't out of there until almost 6:00. I've had good experiences here before, so hopefully this was just a fluke. Would like them to bring back the online service schedule. More

Never again Told me i was approved to lease a car with no downpayment. I drove 1 1/2 hours, when i arrived they told me i had to put down 6000$???? The service department has little to no idea what they are doing. I have shown them in their documentation where it clearly states that an item is covered under the warranty. Once the vehicle is checked in, communication completely stops. A 2 hour service saw my vehicle in their shop for 2 days without any explanation from O'Meara. After calling them, the car still wasn't done. We picked it up for use over the weekend and brought it back in for another 2 hours to be completed. The only time management gets involved is when I completed their survey. The sales department is just as bad. We went to O’Meara knowing exactly what we wanted and what we would pay for it. The first salesman wasted our time for about 4 hours. After he told me that I needed to do my research I told him I needed another salesman. Total time at the dealership for the purchase was 9 hours. Taking delivery of the vehicle was another hour. If you are looking for frustration, this is the dealership for you. If you value you time and happiness, go somewhere else. More
