DO NOT SHOP HERE This dealership is a total scam they will do anything they can to trick you take your money and completely change deals. I went in there just to look This dealership is a total scam they will do anything they can to trick you take your money and completely change deals. I went in there just to look at a car as soon as I stepped on to the lot there was a salesman their smooth talking me telling me everything I wanted to hear took me inside negotiated for 3 hours after which I told him I needed to go I had things to do that day-and couldn't spend all-day at a dealership. He wanted to hurry up he had paperwork for me to sign just to look at a car so I sign them and next thing I know I'm buying a car. As soon as I got to the finance department the paperwork was completely different from what we had talked about. They shorted me $4000 on my trade in and the price of the car seemed to go along with the payments. Will never shop here again and I urge everybody that reads this not to even step on their lot because you might get sucked into their vortex just like I did. When I call them to tell them about the issue they said they would call me back. It's been 4 days now nobody has called me back except to try to sell me another car. When I told them I was an interest at all I wanted was things to be right with the car I just bought nobody calls me back-and when I call-in everybody blows me off. More

Lack on interest and poor follow through I wanted to give Ford a chance to earn my business as being a Chevy loyal customer for over a decade. Went into O'meara on Saturday and was approached I wanted to give Ford a chance to earn my business as being a Chevy loyal customer for over a decade. Went into O'meara on Saturday and was approached by Kyle (first thing I must say is when you have a 1/2 dozen sales persons out front waiting for you it seems a little weird). Anyways Kyle was nice at first but it was hard to get him to focus. I explained my situation with Kyle Simpson and his upfront service was very cool and laid back. When I brought my wife back later for a test drive and he was very blah about making a sale. We took the test drive and I am learning he really doesn't like to be social. Anyways we go inside to make the deal, this where they get to the old cliche of let me talk to my sales manager approach several times. I have great credit and I know what my trade is valued at from multiple sources. They lifted the price of the truck by 3k on the offer sheet and offered my 8k less on my trade in then other dealers his answer was like well if you don't ask (3k mark up) you don't get it. I am wondering why they think they could mark the truck up. He said ok I need your credit card to prove to my management you are serious. Why would you want my credit card to see if I am serious really? I can use that card to pay for the truck but not going to. Freddie comes over and tells me they can't give me the trade in I wanted as they are not Chevy and Chevy has more trade in options then they. I was like then your not interested in my business. Well they freddie was like ok what if we can get you into a different truck with the same color and options and have it ready for you on Monday. Monday came and by noon I still had not heard anything. I called and spoke to Kyle and he was like I am waiting for an email to get the truck from the other Dealership. two hours later sales manager calls to confirm the evening appointment, I ask what appointment nothing has been set yet. He said he will call back. Well the night goes on and no one has called back and nothing. I texted and emailed Kyle no response. Today Tuesday at 2pm he calls and said we are all set and out the door it would be substantially more then we agreed to on Saturday, I said no thank you that wont work and went to explain what we had agreed on and he had hung up on me and didn't even listen or say anything. Come to find out dealing with other dealership I have a greater understanding of where O'meara should have been on the F150 and they weren't even close. IF they were the price would have been what I had expected. They were not giving me all the incentives that were eligible. More
RIPPED OFF AND LIED I am confused on the integrity of O’Meara Ford. February 25, 2017 I was sold a F150 Ford truck for $29,999.99 when I sat in the showroom by the fireplace and showed your salesperson it was only $23,000.00 on KB website. He told my wife we had the wrong truck and pulled it up on his phone and $29,000.00. Pull the cameras in your showroom. He told me the sales manager wanted to buy it and he was in a pricing bid with me so I had to act quickly. I went to an independent mechanic who told me not to drive this truck…. It was not safe because the brakes and rotors were completely worn out. The service department at Omera confirmed to me that the truck never went through what I was told by the sales department their superior quality inspection! They replaced them. I still have issues with the truck. SHAME on this dealership for not returning my calls, not being honest with me and ignoring me for months and telling me you were working on fixing the issue. You had the truck for 2 weeks and you still did not know what was causing the transmission slipping. Today you offered me a negative $8,000.00 and wanted me to get another truck owing O’Meara another out of my pocket $18,000.00 I am just sick that you blamed a salesperson that you fired. You did not make this right and NO, I AM NOT SATISFIED! Ruben (used sales manager) do not ever tell me my wife will calm down and come back to make a deal. You disrespected us and we feel strongly that you cheated us out of our hard-earned money. More

Cosmin helped me and was the exact opposite of what you think of when you think of a "car salesman". He was not pushy what so ever, he was kind, patient, genuine and an all around good guy. He cared more about helping me get into a good vehicle or what I could afford than what his commission would be. This was my first time I'd ever bought a vehicle all by myself, all alone at that. The entire staff I worked with there was authentically professional and good people. I couldn't be happier. More
Don't care about you and just want your money! Needed a vehicle, first time buyer, Kamari, took advantage of us! For a car that was only worth 18k maybe 19k and actually sold for 21k. Terrible Buying Experience Terrible experience at O’meara Ford in Northglenn Colorado, Salesman seemed distracted like he was more concerned with socializing with his coworkers Terrible experience at O’meara Ford in Northglenn Colorado, Salesman seemed distracted like he was more concerned with socializing with his coworkers than selling me a car. In negotiations, we agreed on a price plus dealer fees; before signing I asked “What are the dealer fees?”. The salesman said “$599” so I signed. When I got back to financing they started getting the paperwork ready. I had to ask to see a detailed breakdown of what I was going to pay for. When it was shown to me it said “ETCH” and had a fee of $335. I said, “What is that? I don’t want to pay for it whatever it is, no one told me of an ETCH fee.” The financial manager seemed flustered and said I have to because all their cars are sold with it. I replied “I was told the dealer fees were $599.” The financial manager said that the salesmen are supposed to tell us about this upfront and he wasn’t sure why he didn’t. At this point he kept preparing the paperwork. Don’t trust this dealer. If you expect any support after the purchase I would toss that idea out the window. I called back the next day to express my dissatisfaction with the ETCH fee and what felt like shady dealings. I got through to a sales manager, she took down my information and said she would get to the bottom of it and get back to me. Low and behold, she never called me back. Three more calls throughout the week and still they never called me back. Each time they would transfer me to someone’s voicemail. Finally, I called back a bit upset at this point and asked why they wouldn’t call me back. The receptionist said she would go talk to a sales manager and get back to me, she promised. Well, 20 minutes later she did call back but only to tell me I would be contacted by the sales manager. Now it is 3 weeks after and still… no call back. Please, spend your money elsewhere, O’meara Ford is not worth your time. They burned me, I will never give them my money again and really for your sake, I hope you do the same. More

Where do I even begin?? I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus - mistake #1. The salesman first showed me a Focus, which idled so high, I almost got sick. When we mentioned it, we wer I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus - mistake #1. The salesman first showed me a Focus, which idled so high, I almost got sick. When we mentioned it, we were told it was normal. We went ahead with the test drive, and the car died several times. When we finally got back to the dealership, I thanked the salesman and asked him to call if anything else came in that we may be interested in. He said "hold on", and brought up the Focus I ended up buying. However, I asked to look at a new Fiesta, as it was several thousand dollars less than the used vehicle they brought up. I was told it wouldn't qualify, but wouldn't give me a reason why. I finally test drove the Focus, liked it, so went ahead with the financing process. The sticker price was $13,500 - when I went to the finance department, the price jumped to $19,700. At that time, I said to cancel the deal - book value on the car was around $11,000, so $19,000 was way too much for me to even consider. I very politely asked them to cancel the deal, thanked them, and walked outside - was on the phone with Medved, setting up an appointment for the next day, when the salesman and the finance associate came running after us. They said they came up with a good deal for us - so we went back inside. Biggest mistake of my life, and one that I will regret for as long as I live. Low down payment, and they dropped the price to $16k. Signed paperwork, drove off the lot, then got a call the next day, stating that they forgot to have us sign a few documents. OK, no big deal, right?? Wrong!!! When we got there, they said that the finance company didn't agree to the numbers, and they would need, at least, $6000 down, to make up for the "price drop". I asked him if he was actually serious, and he said he absolutely was. I told him that we would have the car back to them within the hour, he asked why, and I told him that there was no way I could come up with $6000, thanked him for his "honesty", and turned to leave. He told us that we needed to wait while they figured out how much we would owe them for mileage. I said "sure, we'll wait, I can call Medved from right here". He came back 10 minutes later and said they didn't want to lose our business, so they got the deal done. Signed paperwork, again, and left. 2 days later, the car started hesitating, badly. The car had very low miles, so it still had the full warranty - I called their service department and was told that there was an open recall on all 2014 Focuses, some sort of special chip in the transmission. Dropped the car off, they had it for a week, then was told that they had no idea when they would get the parts, as there was a national shortage. I asked if the vehicle was safe to drive, and was told yes, as long as I didn't drive it on the highway. After 2 months, and still no word on getting the vehicle fixed, I called Ford directly. Miraculously, I got a call the next day saying they found the part. Dropped it off again, and was told it would be ready in 2 days. When I called 2 days later, I was told that it would take a few more days. We called and called, no return calls. We finally went down there, and was told they hadn't had time to fix it. Frustrated, I called Ford again, and it finally got fixed. 2 weeks after we picked it up, I was turning a corner, and the entire front end fell off. I called O'Meara, and was told that I could have it towed there, at my expense, and they would look at it, but would probably need to charge my insurance for the repair. I asked the very rude gentleman why a 2 year old car, with less than 40,000 miles would just somehow fall apart like that, and he literally told me "xxxx happens" - at that point, I hulked out and told him "Front ends don't just fall off, especially 2 weeks after it was in your shop. The warranty was extended, by Ford, so you WILL fix it, you WILL pay for it, or I'll be on the phone with my attorney tomorrow morning." When I picked up the car, I was told that a bolt wasn't tightened down, and that caused the front axle to break. I asked if the car had been through their 21 point inspection before it was sold. They said that it was sold before the inspection, and they would not have let it go out on the lot, if they had looked at it first. A few months later, the car started having more issues - took it back, they said it was the battery, and replaced it. It's back in the shop again, because the brand new battery they installed, is completely dead - however, we left several messages, with no return calls, for 3.5 weeks, before they told us that we were still covered by roadside assistance, and to call for a tow. As of today, still no word. I'm glad others have had good experiences with this dealership, but my experiences have been so horrible, that my friends - who have always bought their vehicles from O'Meara, went to another dealership to buy their two brand new, fully loaded, F250's - almost $90k in sales that could have been Omeara's. In addition, the company I work for was looking to replace their fleet of service trucks - around $250k - and decided not to buy from O'Meara after hearing of my experience with them. As a side note, I googled my vehicle - there are, literally, thousands of complaints for this particular year and model. It looks like Ford fixed the issues on later models, but there's no way O'Meara didn't know about these problems - and I personally feel that they really dropped the ball on this one, and couldn't care less. My advice would be to avoid this dealership, especially their service department, at all costs. More
