I had spoken to Jason Greer over the phone in reference to a used vehicle they had. When we walked in the door I was pleasantly surprised of how clean and inviting the lobby was. Jason met us at the door and was very friendly. Jason showed us the car we were looking at along with many others. At no time did I feel pressured into a sale. The car was great quality, clean and drove very well. The price was good and fair. Jason and the dealership were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him. Thank you More

The WORST!!! We saw a used car on O'Meara Ford's website, spoke with Jason twice about it. We live in the mountains and Denver is a 4 hour drive. We told Jason we We saw a used car on O'Meara Ford's website, spoke with Jason twice about it. We live in the mountains and Denver is a 4 hour drive. We told Jason we were coming to look at that car. Jason's manager called us on our way down to verify our visit. We arrived at the dealer, Jason and manager nowhere to be found. After lots of strange behavior, we were told we can see the car but can't drive it as it is in the service lot and scheduled to get a new transmission. No one ever mentioned that it needed this kind of service and we certainly wouldn't have driven 4 hours had we known. Shifty, shady and dishonest is the nicest way to describe them. We went down the street to Mountain States Toyota and ended us with a new Rav4 under budget. More

Why are their doors open if they are not going to provide service? I find this to be as anti-business as it gets. I am sure Mr. O'Meara, the founder, would be ashamed of this behavior. Why should I make a second trip when they were open for business and turned a me away. Must be corporate bureaucracy. Sure not the mom and pop shop attitude of the customer comes first, not we close in 20 minutes go away your not important to us. We are big enough! More

The salesmen stand out in the sun with umbrellas, evenly spaced. At least two dart toward your car before you can even put it in park. Terrible, terrible deals on new and used. Couldn't get within $5000 of a good deal. They even mark normal cars UP above sticker to make you feel good when they take a paltry amount off. A truly horrible experience every time I tried. Go ANYWHERE else. More

We took it in for a battery warranty and Earl said it was our alternator. Funny thing is we knew they were probably going to say that. We have dealt with them before with misdiagnosis. We had just replaced our alternator within the prior week just to be proactive. But they still insisted it was the alternator with a internal wire that melted on the relay. Love those call recording apps. ??" Took it somewhere else and it actually was a 10.00 plug for the alternator. Hmmm. But I think the thing that makes me the maddest is not them scamming us. It was the way the George treated my husband. My husband is a sweet man and was bothered by this the entire day. Spoke with Tom "in charge of Service" and he said he would talk to them. He said George was one of their seasoned Mechanics and is actually a pretty good guy. I love how the customers always right. We did asked to speak to Ron, Toms superior but apparently he was getting ready for vacation and we shouldn't bother him. SHAME ON YOU GEORGE AND SHAME ON YOU OMEARA SERVICE!! More

Pressure you into doing something you didn't want to do in the first place just to get a sale. Try to return the car and there's "no return policies in Colorado". Glad they never let me know about that as someone who's not from here. I should have known not to go here after Josh let me test drive a car on the highway with a flat! Never even checked the car to make sure it was okay. We almost weren't able to brake. Highly disappointed and I recommend that no one EVER goes here. Basically they told me they can't help me at all. The manager (I believe it was Mark) I worked with was ridiculously condescending. Every answer he had was "youve been in the car industry you should know". Literally his words on why I was screwed over. They made a ton of money off the deal and left me high and dry More
