I had always heard that buying a car was supposed to be a fun experience. At first, it was not at all. I was so overwhelmed with the process and all the sales people that wanted my business. This all changed fun experience. At first, it was not at all. I was so overwhelmed with the process and all the sales people that wanted my business. This all changed when I went to Omeara Ford. I had an idea of what I wanted and from there John Pallatt took the ropes and helped me more than i could have imagined. John went above and beyond in getting me exactly what I was looking for. I was driving my same car for 12 years.. it was time for a change! O'meara made it happen. I needed a car with room for my kids and 4x4. My daughter and I came in on a focus we saw in the newspaper and surprisingly so it was still there, so we got it because they actually didn't lie about their ad! I was pleasantly greeted as I entered the dealership and guided to the model I was interested in for possible purchase. A thorough description of the Escape model such as cost, insurance, warranty and repu guided to the model I was interested in for possible purchase. I found this to be helpful and provided an opporunity to compare this model/dealer with others I had visited. I consider my decision to buy has been a good one, I've had continued communication from Jaime and am happy to feel confident that my questions and any concerns are welcome.
