I am a native of Denver and grew up seeing the O'Meara ads and they have a really good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with them today. I called this afternoon about a car I had ads and they have a really good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with them today. I called this afternoon about a car I had seen online, spoke with a salesperson, scheduled an appointment, and arrived at their dealership in a half hour. The salesperson who greeted me was really great and had the car waiting for me to test drive. While I was test driving the car, another salesperson sold the car to another party. This other party test drove it after I did. It is really frustrating as I did everything correctly by calling to verify the car was still available and scheduling an appointment to test drive, but the car was sold right out from under me without a chance to purchase. I have never come across this type of totally unprofessional behavior and SLEAZY sales tactic. This type of behavior gives all the other good and honest salespeople a bad rap. More

They have always been fair to deal with when buying a new vehicle and have done repairs on my vehicles without an treated very well and respectfully. A dealership is specifically defined by its staff. Namely sales and service staff. The staff I have worked with, Mark, Tony, Tom and most recently Eissa, have been excellent.
