I came in and Larry helped me out to find a car. He is very knowlegdable of what cars were on the lot and quickly led me to the car that I was looking for. I made one phone call to O'meara letting them know I was coming to look at a Mustang. When I arrived I was greeted by name "Mrs. Scott, please step inside Curtis is waiting for you." Purchasing a new vehic coming to look at a Mustang. When I arrived I was greeted by name "Mrs. Scott, please step inside Curtis is waiting for you." Purchasing a new vehicle takes some time and Curtis was there every step of the way answering all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. After the purchase was made Curtis continued to help me with any question I had. Every time I called he answered never had to leave a voice mail. Mark helped with obtaining financing that would work in my budget. Devin was was awesome in getting all of the paper work done in a very timely way. This O'meara team works like a well oiled machine. My new car was very clean and all of it's features were explained to me in detail. Their showroom was very accommodating and comfortable. Everyone from the GM to the cleaning people (because we were the late at night) were extremely polite and complimentary of my purchase. Curtis and Mark were very very helpful in finding me the right price for the new purchase as well as the value of my trade in. There was an item on my car that I wanted removed and because of this the rear window needed to be tinted. Curtis arrange for all of this to be done on the same day so I did not have to come to dealership more than once. He got all of this arranged and my new car was just the way I wanted it in less than a week. Everyone and I mean everyone I spoke with at O'meara was polite efficient and very helpful. More

the dealership had my truck for 2 weeks continually made incorrect repairs. when I left the problems were still there so I took It to a differnt shop for the repais. I was chrged money for repairs that didnt fix anything. they just kept switching parts hoping to get lucky they didnt. unfortuneatly they still have $1800 of mine, time for the courts to settle this More

Took my car to the collision center after I was rear ended. The end result was terrible. Had to leave my car for another day and the work that I paid for out of my pocket looked like something Maaco d ended. The end result was terrible. I wonder if the GM would let one of his friends drive away in the car I was expected to drive away in. Doubtful. More

I was so happy with my experience at O'Meara Ford I felt I needed to let others know!
