I visited several dealerships in the past few weeks. I am shopping around for a new F-150. I decided to drive to Omera Ford which is a little far from my house but no other dealership met the customer servic shopping around for a new F-150. They were either too pushy or I felt like I was the only one on the lot. I came to Omera and a gentelmen by the name Jesus Gaona greated me. He was upmost professional and very nice to work with. He answered all my questions and was very knowlogible in his expertise. I definatly will tell my friends and family about him. Unfortuanatly I didn't decide to buy that night but my overall experiance was fantastic and I would recommend Omera Ford and Jesus Gaona to anyone, you won't be dissapointed. More
We went there on a Saturady to buy a new fusion. There was a lot of people outside and they were very busy but we pleased to know that everyone was very nice. Do not use this dealership... My situation is somewhat long winded but end of day all that matters is the customer service. At no time was I treated politely or respectfully. Deciding between a 2011 Mustang GT, or a used Roush, or used GT500. All are within the same price (with the GT500 being the most expensive and clear first choice if price and funds allow). Contacted Elton about a used Shelby, but it was not what I am looking for. He mentions that he just took in a Roush in trade and encouraged me to come by and "check it out". He mentions that I should do so quickly, as it will likely sell quick. I make the time after work in rush hour to get there. I love the car! I keep my reaction to myself because a smart buyer shouldn't let on how much you want the car (or so I have read in multiple sources). Well, I did all of my research about the GT vs this version of the Roush beforehand. All of the research leads me to no conclusion other than both cars are amazing performers and I would never use either to their full potential! So, it comes down to the question; which car do I like better? How do they drive? I've driven the Mustang GT, and loved it. When it's time to compare their used vehicle, I am not permitted to drive it. Not informing me of this up front, before the 45 minute commute in rush hour, is a blatant disregard for my time! Now the salesman asks his manager, and he goes in to ask his manager. Meanwhile, I'm outside with the new salesman, Jesus (Elton was on his way out when I arrived), who is trying to insinuate that I intend to abuse the vehicle by driving wrecklessly! I am not some teenager, out for a joy-ride! I am a 38 year-old-man that works in financial services! I am told that this is out of respect for the new owner. In other words, they were making the assumption that it would NOT be me. They never took me seriously, they had no respect for my time, and they accused me of wanting to "hot-rod" the car! Don't go there. Don't even stop in to browse. They are very high pressure and if you don't give in, they won't take you seriously. More
Why would a dealership take your Money ($3500 and a trade-in) and give you a signed contract with the payment arraignments and then call you to tell you they can't finance you 3 weeks later? I have to say that going to Omeara Ford was by far the most enjoyable experience in car buying that I have ever had! I was alittle ruluctant at first but after reading some of the awful reviews I decided it was unfair that the only reviews that are written are by angry people. While I was at this dealer the worst part of the process was waiting to get into one of the finance managers office to finalize the paperwork. This was because there were only two guys that did that job available and six of us who had bought a car while I was there. I would reccomend O'meara to family, friends and anyone else looking for a vehicle. Much better dealer than others I have used in the past. More
