I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and lube. They I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and lube. They were supposed to fill the fluids and check the tire pressure. They looked me up about 1/2 hour later and told me I needed a new air filter which I had changed about a week before, told me I needed a new cabin air filter, it was clear that the cover hadn't been opened. told me I needed my power steering flushed when you could tell the cap to the reservoir hadn't been touched as all the fluid gap's hadn't been touched. The air pressure in the tires was not set and they came up with about $500 worth of things that I needed. After I paid they told me that there computer was down and they would mail me a receipt and a report card which I have never got. More
