I would simply like the trade in value reached by your website to be honored. The website gave my vehicle in POOR condition a higher value than was actually given. Also it would be nice to streamline the process so it doesn’t take 4-5 hours.

Hello, I failed to mention that everyone I dealt with on the day we took the car in was super nice and very helpful, we went for some recalls, so we weren’t charged, but they treated us like we were spending a million dollars…. It’s a car for my daughter, and knowing that everything was in great working condition and safe made me feel a lot better….. thank you again for the great service … it’s very much appreciated
