Diligent and Effective O'Meara took good care of my car and communicated with excellent precision about the health and status of my car. I was as eager to get my car back as they were to finish and hand it over - was great. The tech identified a weak charge on the battery but didn't try and sell a battery. I replaced it on my own, but that wasn't the fix. Aside from a sluggish start, empty A/C, and a new strange sound from the front of the chassis, the car is in working order. More

Great service I had a great prepaid 30,000 mile service visit. They were great with scheduling and pickup. I was ok with the price sine it was prepaid but not sure yet if I will continue service on the next one at 40,000. I will price shop before scheduling. More

Adam and team are awesome! Adam got me in and out for my TDI recall work, tire rotation and oil change. He was very accommodating and explained each step of the process. As a disabled veteran, I always know the price before I even get things scheduled because they care about those that served to protect and they always ensure that they don't cause any undue hardship on us therefore allowingus to know aheadof time the price of things, and not to mention, it's very reassuring to know that when I drop my car off, I have nothing to worry about because they care for my car the way I do and that is genuine respect.
