Looking at used car I was getting an oil change and decided to look for a used car. I worked with Eric and Max and was disappointed when I was left at Eric’s desk for ov I was getting an oil change and decided to look for a used car. I worked with Eric and Max and was disappointed when I was left at Eric’s desk for over 40 minutes without any follow up. I figured out that Eric was delivering a car to someone as I walked around the dealership and lot looking for Eric. I was surprised since none of my previous experiences at O’Neil were like this. It struck me as odd for a company whose posted sign is we value your time. As for my service experience there were no issues but not accepting appointments lead to long wait times. It took nearly 2 hours for my oil change and I accelerated that timing by not having my car washed. Can you consider accepting reservations? More
