Outstanding experience! Buying my pre-owned 2018 Nissan Sentra was 1 of the best, if not the best, experience I've had purchasing a car. The minute I walked in with my uncle Buying my pre-owned 2018 Nissan Sentra was 1 of the best, if not the best, experience I've had purchasing a car. The minute I walked in with my uncle we were greeted buy the GM & 1 or 2 of the salesman. William Dougherty introduced himself & took us over to his desk. There were no gimmicks or the feeling of being pressured. He asked what I was looking for, what I was comfortable spending, & asked if there was something in particular I had in mind. My uncle found a listing for the 2018 Nissan Sentra which was in excellent condition, had very low miles & was listed at a decent price. I had a few obstacle's regarding my credit & driving record which made things a bit more challenging. But, William was very knowledgeable with the process & said he'd do everything possible to assist with getting me into that car or if necessary, something else that may be more doable keeping in mind some of the obstacles I may have. Throughout the entire process he was extremely patient, very pleasant, honest, & went above & beyond to ensure the entire experience was as stress-free as possible.
