I recently visited O'Neil Nissan when my lease was maturing. I had been there several times for service and was pleased with the results so I decided to try their sales department. I felt that Donna was knowledgeable and committed to satisfying me. She was happy to let me test drive a lot of different cars even though it involved a lot of prep work on her part. There was no pressure or annoying phone calls. Donna came in on a holiday to finalize the deal and spent a lot of time familiarizing me with the features of my new car.
