It is apparent from my last leasing of an O'Neil nissan that your only interest is making money. My wife and I were lied to and were "stuck" with a car which is not what wanted, as it has none of the featu that your only interest is making money. Once you got our name on the dotted line, you to seem to forget we ever existed. You took advantage of two senior citizens, both whom are handicapped. We requested certain safety and convenience features, and were informed our Murano had them. It has none of them except a rear view camera. You sure saw us coming. We made the mistake of trusting your salesman. How naive of us! I sent a letter of complaint, but you didn"t even bother to acknowledge it. I may have no legal recourse, but you just assured yourself a lifetime of bad publicity. I will continue to tell all my friends and family of your deceit until the lease on this car is up, at which time I will take my business elsewhere. More

The dealership was only OK but the customer service was poor, in my estimation. I bought an off lease car and getting it sold was the goal (of course). "Come on into the showroom to say hello when you bring the car in for service." Yadda, yadda, Yadda. Well, that is a a bunch of baloney. You really need yo tell them to cut out the phony stuff and just shake hands at the end of the transaction. I needed some advice and got no real answers, just promises. Exactly why I will get me car serviced somewhere else going forward. I would recommend this dealership WITH RESERVATIONS. Too bad that wasn't an option. The car is very nice, the surrounding vibe, not so much. More
