Everyone was really kind and thorough in explaining the process and costs. I didn’t feel pressured to make immediate decisions or do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Adam along with the sales manager really worked hard to get me the car I wanted. The loan approval was relatively easy. The dealership didn't try and tack on a bunch of stuff at the end which was a pleas get me the car I wanted. The loan approval was relatively easy.
