I took my Tahoe in to Orielly Chevrolet to have new remote fobs integrated. Joey, the customer service rep was absolutely terrific. Instead of having me wait 3 or more hours, Joey brought the technicia remote fobs integrated. Joey, the customer service rep was absolutely terrific. Instead of having me wait 3 or more hours, Joey brought the technician out to my vehicle in line, aligned the remotes without charge, and sent me on my way. I have used Orielly Chevrolet several times and have had good service from them, including the parts department, since I work on my own vehicles when possible. More
Overpriced estimate. I went because my exhaust was making weird noise. I was not told specifically my exhaust manifold was cracked ( I had to go to another mechanic to fi I went because my exhaust was making weird noise. Instead I was given a list that did include the exhaust manifold but other stuff totaling 3,000 dollars. So long story short my issue was not resolved with you guys. They had my car for 3 weeks to replace turbo. I had to call them to get updates instead of them contacting me. When I got my car back, 4 days later check engine light came on and I took back. They then had car for another week and told me they didn't see anything wrong and check engine light was not on. After picking up my car, 4 days later check engine light is back on again. Now I will be taking my car elsewhere to get it fixed. Just an FYI, I have spent $3200 at this dealership in the last 3 months. You would think they would treat me better. More
I wanted to especially write this now bc we are in process of buying a cheap car off of a small lot and the difference is night and day. EVERYONE! Horrendous service - Went for an oil change and 30k mileage maintenance - it broke down the next day. Towed it back to them and 3 days now we can't get them to return our calls. We all know that dealers can be shady, well this one is no exception. Most manufacturers have made it clear that if dealers add a markup on new vehicles they will risk the consequences from the manufactur no exception. Most manufacturers have made it clear that if dealers add a markup on new vehicles they will risk the consequences from the manufacturer (GM). Well this shady dealer is trying to hide those markups on charging for tint, clear shield and pulse brake light. If you are not familiar with buying a new car these fees may seem normal, trust me they are not. Needless to say I have opted to take my business elsewhere and work with a dealer that is honest and not trying to take advantage of the low inventory. O’Reilly apparently has forgotten that doing right by a customer can earn you a lifetime of business. More
