Disappointed. I went in for electrical work at 109,000 miles and after the part was replaced I'm sitting at 166,000 miles. I made an appointment to have my trailer brake system checked a week ago. I showed up on time for my appointment and had to wait more than 20 min before I was even greeted. Service on my vehicle took several days to diagnois and complete. Other than the time, everything else was fine.
