We showed up on Christmas eve after going to another dealership 2 days before. We met Jacob who was awesome. He helped us out and was very informative. Once we made our decision Leo finished us up. Leo was patient while I ran home to get my down payment. Once I returned with a large cash payment we were handed off to Terrance in finance. There were alot of forms to sign and my husband felt rushed and when he asked questions Terrance seemed annoyed. Granted it's Christmas eve at closing time. So I understood that but we still shouldn't of felt like we were an annoyance to him. 2 days later I returned to drop additional coverage I signed for.
