We spoke multiple times and Jeff came up with a beautiful SUV that more than met my wishes . I was able to get a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Day before Xmas eve my truck was totalled by a hit and run semi driver. ODANIELS and Pat Garrett was able to help me get a newer truck with less miles Day before Xmas eve my truck was totalled by a hit and run semi driver. Disappointed We are new to Fort Wayne and came from a suburb from Detroit. We were recommended to see O'Daniel as they were referred to us from a cousin that know We are new to Fort Wayne and came from a suburb from Detroit. We were recommended to see O'Daniel as they were referred to us from a cousin that knows Greg O'Daniel. Everything went well until the day of purchase which was 12/30/16. Was given a quote on a 2017 Jeep Compass lease and was fine with it. After waiting several hours and calling my insurance company to switch over the insurance, I was told that Chrysler Financial would not let me lease another car as I already two other cars currently with them. Being that this car was for my wife, I asked if she should come up here and sign the paperwork. I was told no and that her credit was not as good as mine (we checked it later and that was not the case). Now, we were going to try Ally, in which they were $50.00 higher per month. At this point, it is almost 5:30 pm, the dealership closes at 6 pm and I still have to travel back to Detroit (3 hour drive). I should have been made aware of this at 3 pm when I got there to sign the papers. I had asked our salesman if there was something that could be done to offset the higher cost since the plan was now going to be higher. I was told I could get a cheaper model. Not the answer I was looking for. Being now that it is after 6 pm, I still have to sign papers, I'm tired from working all day and drive 3 hours to Detroit, I gave in and said "let's just sign the papers." I was not given any instructions or orientation to the vehicle after signing the papers which was now after 7 pm. I feel that more could've been done not only to offset the higher amount of $50.00/month that was not originally planned or agreed upon and the length of time it took to get the vehicle. I can say with 100% certainty that I will never return to any O'Daniel dealerships. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I regret agreeing to lease that car. I should've walked out the moment my salesman said it was $50.00 higher/month and to take a cheaper model. Now I'm stuck with paying an extra $1,800.00 over the three year lease that was never agreed upon. More

Paid twice for my jeep I know, now, that I should always get my vehicle inspected before I make a purchase. Learning the hard way has taught me a valuable lesson. After only two short months (barely), my transmission completely went out. I realize that this is something that cannot be foreseen. It hadn't even started slipping until the day it actually went out. The problem was that when my mechanic raised my jeep up on the hoist to take a closer look he found something instantly disturbing. Tim, my mechanic, immediately called my into his shop to show me what he had found. As soon as I arrived he showed me that he could start poking his finger through my completely rusted out frame. Honestly, the first and only thing that I thought about was the fact that I had my family in that jeep more than a dozen times. Tim proceeded to tell me that this was something that the dealership should have noticed beforehand. I should be pissed off, and I was, at first. More than anything, I'm disappointed. Disappointed that someone could think that it's okay to put me or my family's lives in danger for some extra money in their pocket. Shame on me for not getting the inspection before my purchase. Shame on O'Daniels for putting me a position for needing to get the inspection. More

2nd Purchase from Geoff Soule We bought our pre-owned Lexus from Geoff in April of 2016. The car was totaled in December 2016. We had such an easy, experience with Geoff the first time, we decided we needed to go back to him for the replacement vehicle! We didn't find the exact model we were looking for, but we knew that the pre-owned cars that O'Daniel has on the lot are solid and thoroughly checked over. On the way home from the dealership the night we purchased the car, a sensor light went off. I called Geoff on my way home and was assured that the car would be repaired at no cost to me. We have been very happy with our purchases from O'Daniel and plan to go back when we need a car for our daughter! Thanks for everything, More
