My experience I was impressed with the respect shown to me. I was a Sunday shopper just to avoid the " less than helpful used car salesman" situation. Once I approached the dealership, not only did the Sales Manager Eric welcomed me and he introduced me to Brett that was more than willing to help and listen. One dealership ( Kelly Cadillac Used car lot ) was so rude, and told me that "some people are just not in our budget" He did not even know my budget. I believe that This Cash Buyer would not have bought from them even if I wanted the vehicle. I was treated with respect and genuine concern. The ODaniel's team wanted to help me find and compare my options. I believe my "Mini" hardtop along with ODaniel's were the best choice. More
