We came to look at a Buick on the lot after hours. Jaylon was still there and came over to give us one of his business cards and let us know if we had any questions to give him a call. The next morning I sen was still there and came over to give us one of his business cards and let us know if we had any questions to give him a call. The next morning I sent him a text message in regards to the Buick and he said unfortunately it had already sold. However, Jaylon sent me another vehicle in the same price range for us to look at. we went and test drove a Hyundai Sonata and fell in love with it as it drove so good and was an all around clean car for being a 2006. We wanted to get a mechanics opinion on the car and they were more than willing to allow us to take it to the Hyundai dealership for a piece of mind - they even held the vehicle over night so we could arrange everything. Jaylon was more than willing to answer any questions we had and make us feel comfortable in the whole process. On the finance aspect of things at first our interest rate was high due to previous credit history and they were requiring a $2,000 down payment. We ended up leaving and grabbing lunch just to talk things over and while we were out they called to let us know they were able to find a lender for us that cut our interest rate in more than half, got our payments LOWER than what we needed to meet our budget, AND no down payment. This was by far the best car dealership experience we have ever had all around. If you are in the market for a new vehicle check out O’Daniels! More
