He was very easy-going through the process and just wanted me to get into the best vehicle that worked for me. Everyone was very nice and approachable and did a great job following up with me. Smooth Lease Process This was my first time getting a new vehicle. I had tried once before at Don Ayres Honda four years ago, and it didn't go well, and put a sour taste i This was my first time getting a new vehicle. I had tried once before at Don Ayres Honda four years ago, and it didn't go well, and put a sour taste in my mouth, which then made me just settle for a buy here pay here which I won't ever do again. So I had my preconceived notions to a new car dealership beforehand, and I can thankfully say the O'Daniel Mazda team I worked with showed me a better way. Ross was an easy guy to get along with, and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. I also left in the exact model I wanted, I wasn't at all swayed into getting a different vehicle, which I hate. Getting my new car was a fun and very low stress experience. More
