I was born and raised right here in Fort Wayne. I attended South Side High School as well as IU. I have one daughter named Joclyn and three grandsons. In our “Extended Family” we have a Dog named Jake. I enjoy bass fishing, camping, and golfing in my spare time and I pride myself in being a professional and enjoying life!

Russ was good to work with, he was very friendly, and allowed us to check out the vehicle at our own leisure no pressure at all which I appreciate. That being said, I was surprised that the vehicle had n allowed us to check out the vehicle at our own leisure no pressure at all which I appreciate. That being said, I was surprised that the vehicle had no front mats and no owners manual and only one key fob. To Russ' credit he did get me the mats and owners manual. However, it's for a 2024 and I have a 2025 Pacifica I'm hoping there is no difference. The key fob does disappoint me though because now I have to spend an additional $360 to get another one from your service dept. More

The process was very easy and quick especially considering it was a Saturday love the car, loved the buying process only a few things I wasn’t fond of, when I purchased the car it was not very cle considering it was a Saturday love the car, loved the buying process only a few things I wasn’t fond of, when I purchased the car it was not very clean at all and I was left with about 1/4 gas to get back to where I live, I was told that there was no one to gas it or clean it which I understand but I still do feel as though it could have been handled better in that regard. Overall it was a great dealership and I would buy from here again just would hope next time the car will be a little bit cleaner and hopefully have enough gas to get me back to my home More
