My current car ended up having a head gasket issue (either a crack in the block or the cylinder) and needed something immediately. Josh spoke with Ryan and gave him a background of what I was looking for and the past credit issues that I have had. I was told that the best option for me was to lease a car. After much research, I wanted a Mazda. I spoke with Ryan over the phone and went in that same night. Having an older car (1998), Ryan sat in the Mazda 6 with me and went through all the mechanics and electronics of the car. I test drove the car and immediately wanted it. We sat in the dealership for quite sometime waiting on the financing to go through. I was very nervous waiting (with my past credit issues knowing that I have worked very hard in the past few years to clean it up but not enough time passing to raise the credit score). George kept working on it and came up with a solution. I drove home that same night in the car. They (Ryan, George and Nick) all stayed until all was completed. My 14 year old daughter was with me that night and they all took care of her, too. Ryan gave her a snack without hesitation. George 'goofed' around with her while the paperwork was being signed and Nick took our picture with the Mazda when all was done. She and I both had fun and did not feel judged at all when it came to the credit problems. I appreciate all that was done to get us in the new car because I know that there was no way, I could drive my 1998 cadillac much further. When we started to looked for a vehicle we went to several other places and then we stopped at O'Daniels on Illinois Rd. We were greeted by Nick Sheets. Very pleasure gentlemen. We told him what we were looking for and what we wanted the vehicle to have and would like to have. At first we wanted a crossover in awd or 4wd but they didn't have any. So he suggested that we test drive the Mazda CX-9 so we did. It was a good car but we wasn't sure. Nick said that he would keep and eye out for the vehicle that matched what we were looking for. A couple of weeks went by and every week he would call to let us know that he had not come across anything. He didn't give up. As soon as a vehicle came in he called us and we went up the next night. We test drove the Mazda CX-9 and we talked price. We got the Mazda and very happy with it. We will definitely be going back. I recommend O'Daniels and get a hold of NICK SHEETS!!!! If it would have been less than what I hoped for I wouldn't have bought the car but it was better than expected and I traded way up and can't believe how awesome this car is. No hassle and got everything in writing without having to ask. They respond so quickly and saved me a bunch on letting me know I didn't have to buy insurance and that I was covered which the other place didn't tell me and I felt pressured to get add ons and insurance at evans. Highly recommended if your looking for a dealership I say go to odaniels!!!! More

Id have to say my family has found a dealership we can call home. I no longer have to question where to go and look for cars. I can not explain the peace of mind i have had since I first met Ryan and the staff at Daniel. My wife and I had to look for a more family friendly vehicle and the only place we thought of was Ryan and the crew at O'Daniel, he was able to explain the pros and cons of all the vehicles we had in mind. He also helped with figuring out financially would work for us. When I was ready to get out of the vehicle I currently owned Ryan remembered a particular SUV I was looking for and immediately texted and called me to let me know they may have had something in stock that I was looking for. That extra effort that was put in to ensure I was being taken care of is why I wont look at any other Dealership.
