I had a wonderful experience at O'Daniel Mazda- from the first time I walked onto the lot, to driving away in my NEW CAR! The employees were very friendly. I appreciated how they gave me my space to look at cars, yet they were there to answer my questions quickly. Many times car dealerships have a specific route that you follow during a test drive. At O'Daniel, I was allowed to just drive MY normal routes. There were also no time constraints on the test drive, which made the whole experience a lot of fun! After finding the car that I wanted, the O'Daniel Mazda team worked with me to get me a great price. They understood that I was a recent college graduate, and what my financial needs were. Overall, I felt that the whole team was very personable. We found ourselves talking about more than just cars. The people seemed very sincere and genuine. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to O'Daniel Mazda if they are in need of a vehicle. More

Recently I was shopping around for a new car to replace my mkII MR2. I went to almost every dealer on the south side of town and even a few up North. Sam Moun was hands down the best salesperson I have eve my mkII MR2. I went to almost every dealer on the south side of town and even a few up North. Sam Moun was hands down the best salesperson I have ever met while looking at cars. He was friendly, trusting, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It was truly refreshing encountering a sales professional who actually knew their product and deserved a commission. He doesn’t prejudge people, which is sadly an increasingly difficult quality to find in a salesperson. I have already recommended this dealership as the first stop for any of my family/friends if they are looking for a car. Side note; it was equally refreshing to find a stunningly beautiful girl who is also smart and knows how to change transmission fluid at the same dealership but that’s another rarity aside from finding quality and friendly service at a car dealership. After dealing with 3 other dealerships in frustration, I emailed this dealership for a price quote. They responded back in ten minutes and called me. I was driving my new car 3 hours later. At no time did I feel like I was “playing the game” like with the other sales sharks/slugs at other dealerships. They deal what they advertise. This was a no bs experience and I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism, cleanliness, and over all product. I got the Mazda 3 and it dwarfs the competition in all categories. Upon my first visit to O'Daniel, my only intentions were to show my mother the car I was saving up for (a CX7). Junior came out to greet us, and I gave him the run down on where I stood currently, and that to show my mother the car I was saving up for (a CX7). Junior was never pushy and never grasped at straws trying to get us to walk away with the car that day. He simply showed me some additional features (which made me like the car even more) and said he would keep in touch should any great deals on financing or rebates pop up in the next few months. He kept his word, and about 3 weeks later I received a call from Junior, who had a great financing option. I went back over and took a test drove. Because the deal popped up so quick (and for a limited time), I hadn't really had any addtional time to continue bolstering my downpayment. However, Junior worked tirelessly (as did the manager, Julie) to find every penny of discount and rebate option he (they) could. Basically, they made it happen for me. I would not be driving my brand new car (which I ADORE), without their help. At the time, they obviously didn't know for sure if I would be buying or not, but Junior gave me 100% of his time and effort, which I will always remember and appreciate. Junior is honest, incredibly personable and straightforward, and I have no doubt that he gives his all to every customer he works with. More

I was in the business of looking for a used car. I went online and I came across O’daniel Auto Mart. I saw cars that were in my price range and decided I should just go into the actual dealership to see wh online and I came across O’daniel Auto Mart. I saw cars that were in my price range and decided I should just go into the actual dealership to see what they had because I had a good feeling from the website. It was my first time purchasing a car and I really didn’t know what to expect from the car salesman because you hear in general about pushy sales guys all the time. But when I entered O’Donnell Auto Mart, I wasn’t greeted by any of that kind. Instead I met Heinrich. He was funny, cool, and a genuinely nice guy! He was set out to get the best car for me and the best financing. He found a 2007 Pontiac GT for me and I was allowed to take it home to think about it and have my mechanic look at it. My mechanic wasn’t available but I still thought it was a good car and it drove very well. But I started to have second thoughts about it because it was the first car I saw. So I went back to Heinrich and I told him I didn’t think that car was the right fit for me and he said no problem and he quickly tried to find a car that was in my price range (along with the finance guy ,Tim) and that was more of what I was looking for. And then BAM! We found one. It was a 2009, 18000 miles, 34 miles per gallon car, that had great car fax, a four door, and a reasonable price! All of what I was looking for. All I had to do was get was my insurance and I could have it so we set up a date to finish the paper work. But when getting my insurance the temporary license I had didn’t have the complete DLN and BMV was closed. But with Heinrich smart thinking we decided to call the insurance people to talk with them and they suggest we call the police station and tell them we needed a DLN and to give them my social. To all of our surprise they sent out a police officer and he was able to get the DLN with no problem. I guess I was destined to get that car with how everything turned out and plus it was a great deal! But with all that, I would say I’m a fresh out of driving school driver so I was a little scared driving the car home. Heinrich even went as far as to lead me home with his car as I drove behind him. Now that is great customer service and not to mention he did all this on his day off! I would recommend this place and Heinrich to any who is looking for a car! Thanks Heinrich and Tim for being patient with me and being good people. There is truly a family atmosphere there and it seems like they treat you like family! More
