This was my first car buying experience, and based on the service I received and the problems that were dealt with, I can confidently say that I will never return to purchase a car from this dealership. TJ was a great salesman and very eager about selling the car to me. However, there were several issues with financing, especially with Brittany not following the instructions given by my bank, causing my account to be frozen for 3 days. When speaking with management about the issues, Dan was very helpful and apologetic about the experience. Josh, however, refused to do anything but offer a sarcastic apology and say that there was nothing else he could do for us. Eventually he did reach out to make things right, but a manager speaking to me the way he did was completely uncalled for. Sam was always very talkative and made the time we spent waiting feel less tiresome, and he was the first to apologize when the problems first arose. Overall, I did not appreciate how the problems that the dealership created were blamed on myself and my family, so I will not be returning to purchase another car from the O'Daniel team. More
