Feb 29, 2020, I usually give a higher rating but I am not completely satisfied with keeping a record on file when I purchased 4 brand new Yokohama Geolander tires and the clerk could not find any record of m completely satisfied with keeping a record on file when I purchased 4 brand new Yokohama Geolander tires and the clerk could not find any record of my last purchase and I always bring my Toyota Rav 4 here and nowhere else. This one tire cost me $233.00 with labor and I found my receipt to prove that they were purchased there. I feel like some discount should have been given since I had to replace one in less than 2 years and I have always kepted my almost 17-year-old vehicle up due to repeated top-scale service. My complaint is with the inability of accurate records of the many times I have brought my vehicle in for service over the many years that I have invested in my vehicle. More

So I called Frank Nash At Oaklawn Toyota, and told him that maybe it should be checked out, he told me I could bring it right in and this was on a Saturday. So I had to wait so they could check out the battery make sure that was the problem it was it would not hold a charge, we tried to get it warranty but it was past the 36,000 mile warranty we got a great price on a new battery and had it installed that’s why we shop at Oaklawn Toyota and we only use their service department anyone can sell you a car service after the sale is what counts even more. We highly recommend this dealership for sales and service they don’t play games they give you the proper pricing excellent service just what you deserve they know how to treat the customers right that’s why they been in business for so many years. The only sad part is Toyota corporation should make sure there’s dealership has more new vehicles when you the best you need more inventory. More

Things have changed over the years. I have not seen the experienced advisors much sense I have to bring my vehicle in later during the day.
