They are pretty good. With the pandemic, they are just as under staffed and under pressure like everyone else. So, that means longer waits and not the most thorough job at times. But, I’m sticking with them under staffed and under pressure like everyone else. So, that means longer waits and not the most thorough job at times. The work seems good. I had an appointment for 4 PM. They did not look at car until 6 pm. I left at 8pm. It was a waste of time. No one came to tell me that they were running late and after I asked at 5: did not look at car until 6 pm. I left at 8pm. It was a waste of time. It was a simple car maintenence which only required the tire rotation. I had a 430 appointment. The gentleman said it would 45 min. We didn't leave until 6/630. They did not reset the maintenence remind tire rotation. I had a 430 appointment. The gentleman said it would 45 min. We didn't leave until 6/630. They did not reset the maintenence reminder nor place a reminder on the window to let me know when I needed to return for the oil change. When I called to ask. I was told to look for a youtube video to reset the reminder and told to return at 25k miles. More
