Oak Lawn Toyota - Service Center

I already completed the Toyota survey! Your employee is not professional and did not listen to me. Due to the stupidity of another service agent charging me for oil changes, filters and tire rotations unde not professional and did not listen to me. Due to the stupidity of another service agent charging me for oil changes, filters and tire rotations under warranty the manager had to extend my warranty because funds could not be returned. I explained it to Patryk and it was in the system and he stated he needed to confirm it. It’s strange he seen it the last time but not this time. So he let me wait in the waiting area and never came over to tell me anything. I went to him and he said he was busy. Too busy for a customer? Terrible service from Toyota. This isn’t the first time with the service department. They need better customer service skills. They are so quick to charge you for everything that they don’t listen to the customer. What ever happened to the customer is always right?? The service department at Mancari’s is the reason I came to Toyota in 2015. More

My antenatal was broke and I ask service guy to give me parts and labor on it and didn't remember. I asked service guy if he could help me connect speakers to my car and he ask if I had a owner's manual I parts and labor on it and didn't remember.
