I was lied about a shield that apparently came off, they broke the screws, supposedly the shield from the oil change couldn’t be placed back in place because it was too rusty and they needed to make to hole broke the screws, supposedly the shield from the oil change couldn’t be placed back in place because it was too rusty and they needed to make to holes and charge me $180 to place it back. My husband checked the bottom of the truck and saw the broken stuck screw, I have tried to reach the service manager leaving messages and no reply. I saw oaklawn Toyota as an honest auto server, not anymore. More
